  1. Go to our NRCC page on Meetup.com and add your event. It will automatically show up on the calendar on this website.
  2. To have an announcement made about the event on Sunday morning, fill out the Make an Announcement form. To maximize exposure for your event, also post your event to NRCC’s Facebook group.

For Church Campus Events & Meetings

  1. Check our facility reservation calendar to see if a space is available for the time and date you need.
  2. If a space is available, reserve the space using the form below.
  3. After you receive confirmation of the room reservation, go to our NRCC page on Meetup.com and add your event. It will automatically show up on the calendar on this website.
  4. To have an announcement made about the event on Sunday morning, fill out the Make an Announcement form. To maximize exposure for your event, also post your event to NRCC’s Facebook group.

Reserve Space at the Church

Please read the Facility Reservation and Usage Guidelines before you make a facility reservation. Reservations are generally made first come, first served with the right of negotiation with other event owners. Event owners are expected to entertain negotiations and make reasonable accommodations for others if possible.
